PRODUCTS:

CopperCabin offers hand-made, solid copper, outdoor light fixtures in several standard designs and sizes. Variations in the standard design are available with respect to fixture guards, mounting, glass, metal texture, and metal finish. See product descriptions for these options. Standard glass guards are included on all fixtures. Custom guards may be requested at no extra charge.

Application: CopperCabin fixtures are uniquely designed for all-weather outdoor use when properly installed and maintained. Unlike the typical commercial fixtures prone to corrosion, water intrusion and premature failure, CopperCabin fixtures combine materials, form and function to achieve the highest water resistant, durability, and service life. These features are standard on all CopperCabin fixtures:

Fixture housing, guards and wiring are solid copper.

Copper sheet parts are 22 gage (20 oz/sq-ft).

Flame soldered joints.

Fixture top seams are leak tested.

Electrical components are protected by design from water intrusion.

Glass channels and retainers allow free draining of water and condensation.

Glass and electrical components are easily removable for cleaning or replacement.

Chimneys and glass are standard commercial grade available locally wherever these items are sold.

Electrical components are UL listed with high heat, ceramic insulation.
